Join us after hours to explore our current temporary exhibitions and Games Lounge.  Enjoy the British landscape pictured in the photographs of Simon Roberts, and take in Robbie Cooper's images of adults and children immersed in video games, television and film.  In addition, a selection of retro computer games including classic titles such as Space Invaders and Pong will be available to play in our new Games Lounge.  Galleries will be open from 6-9pm and food and drink will be available to buy in Pictureville Bar.  This event is free.

Join curator of Photography Greg Hobson, as he speaks to photographer Simon Roberts.  Simon will talk about his career, influences and his working style, and offer a personal insight into his exhibition at the Museum.  Following the interview, there will be an opportunity to join Simon on a guided tour of the exhibition Simon Roberts: We English.  Tickets cost £3.00 (£2.50 concessions).  Places are limited so please book in advance. 0870 70 10 200.

Are you an aspiring photographer?  Do you have a keen eye for photography but don't know how to get your work seen by others?  Internationally acclaimed photographers Simon Roberts and Robbie Cooper, along with National Media Museum Curator of Photographs Greg Hobson, will offer you their personal views, guidance and advice on how to develop your practice.  Sessions are limited to two reviewers per entrant and must be booked in advance.  Each session will last 25 minutes.  Sessions cost £20 for two sessions (£15 concessions).  Places are limited so please book in advance.  0870 70 10 200.
